Good News/Bad News

So the workouts were fantastic, this last week. I have not had a single day in the last 10 without a workout. I worked out at least once everyday and twice most days. Somehow I managed to gain 1 pound (I might have to slap the 1st moron who says maybe I added muscle). I have been working out for 20 years and am well aware of when I am adding/losing muscle, fat etc.

It does seem that I need to dial the diet a wee bit tighter. Speaking of which, a really fantastic tool for diet, exercise or both is It is free and has some of the best tools to help you meet your goal. If  you do start using it, let me know and we can be friends and encourage one another.

Don’t worry about my pound gained. I won’t let it slow me down. It might even be a catalyst to cause me to push even harder this week.

    Lori, Lori, Lori, Lori. To add muscle to that which I already posses would take extremely focused weight lifting. I have only been doing cardio and body-weight exercises. I am well aware that muscle weighs twice as much as fat. I am also aware that each pound of muscle burns approximately 30 cals @ day.

    Trust me, nuthin but the TRUth!

    I do but am no longer using it. I may start back up but wouldn’t expect that to be soon.
